The location appears to be the intersection of today's (2022) street names: Av. du General de Gaulle, Cours Bugeaud, Rpe. des Benedictins, and Pl. Maison Dieu. There is a roundabout there today where all four roads meet. The road at left is the Av. du General de Gaulle (Av. de la Gare at the time this photograph was taken).
