- Flemming's caption typed on reverse side of image reads, in full: "The tower of the old Rathaus. The place contains a dungeon and well equipped torture chamber. The nearby steeple top is part of the Neuepfarrkirch or New Pastor's Church from whose clock tower I took the pic. Services have been held here over 700 years, Catholic till the Reformation and then the Protestant. American troops worship here now. Regensburg, Ger -- 29 July 45."
