Layout: One column, six lines of text and accompanying staves, prickings visible in outer margin. Running titles found in center upper margin of recto and verso. Number of columns: 1. Number of lines: 6. Decoration: Inset square decorated initials, red letters with purple penwork. One cadelle letter in black on recto. Rubrication. Musical notation: Square notation on five red-colored staff lines, with custos and barlines.
