Script type: Rotunda. Layout: One column, ruled in lead for five lines of text and accompanying staves, double vertical bounding lines, prickings visible in outer margin. Text on verso ruled in black. Number of columns: 1. Number of lines: 5. Decoration: Decorated square inset initial at beginning of chant, blue letter surrounded by red penwork. Polygonal line fillers in red on verso. Musical notation: Square notation on five red-colored staff lines, with custos.
